Keeping you up to date

If you have been exercising at the club you may have noticed some changes happening. The greenkeepers have been hard at work clearing brambles and elders in amongst the woodland areas allowing for some stunning views across the downs and channel. Over the coming weeks we will be showing the before and after posts to build your excitement for our return.

As we near the end of completition on the new practice ground structure, we have had to take on new trades along the way to ensure we have kept the costs down to an absolute minimum.

Measure & conquer the course

A lot of things can go wrong in a golf shot and lots stem from the pre-shot routine. Figuring out how far it is to the hole, followed by which club to use, can be tricky. Getting it wrong can mean the shot is doomed before you’ve even swung the club. In the not-too-distant past, this was an issue. Now? Not so much. We have solutions in the form of Garmin GPS devices.
